Pietro Nolita is headed by Pietro Quaglia, who brings a light touch to his "healthy Italian" fare inspired by his native Milan. An excellent albeit creamless pasta alla carbonara, and a branzino with pink peppercorn and lemon zest anchor an excellent menu.
Pink is the color here! From entrance to dining room shades of pink give the space a quriky lightness. The furniture is custom made, so the somewhat tiny dining area does not feel cramped.
