Polynesia for the new millennium, or tiki meets Brooklyn? Your choice. Whether or not it's incumbent upon theme bars to be anti-dives—and it would seem not, if Trailer Park Lounge is any indication—Zombie Hut is the glazed version of that metaphorical doughnut, a Mickey Mouse affectation that gets by on its ironic existence. That being said, the drink is the thing (as Shakespeare said), and the drinks at the Hut are, well, strong enough to wake the dead.
