@TheAdamTerry But I also think prices are only going up, just as with bourbon itself. It's just a reality. Just like losing well-priced older whiskey, the 18- and 24-month air dried will be more of a rarity as a percentage of the total, even if it's more plentiful. Fri at 5:35 PM
@TheAdamTerry It's a better question for the cooperages. Most of the market wants the least expensive barrels, but every bottle will tell you nothing but the best went into it. There's a disconnect somewhere. Fri at 5:34 PM
@steeler_bee I think it's an issue, we've seen shortages before. I think it will have more of an impact on commodity and contract suppliers, which is just another reason to ask a lot of questions of high-priced whiskey. Fri at 5:21 PM
