After gestating in the cocoon of the long-dormant Universal video store for most of 2008 and 2009, the folks behind the Cake Shop finally unveiled this subdued, almost Victorian brick-and-mortar bar. It's the perfect place to grab a pint from the well-curated list of beers and cheer that stupid raccoon down from the tree outside of the bar.
