With 600 stations and 10,000 bikes in Manhattan and Brooklyn, CitiBike—sponsored by CitiBank—will become the newest wave in public transportation in New York City this summer. There are three ways to rent a bike: annual, 7-day, or 24-hour passes. The annual pass ($95) gives riders the first 45 minutes of every ride for free, while the 7-day ($24) and 24-hour ($9.95) passes give riders the first 30 minutes of each ride free, which additional charges for every half-hour over that that you have the bike out. Handy tip: if you're near your limit and still have a ways to go, find another CitiBike station and swap bikes!
