Chef Eros will showcase the rich flavors of West African cuisine, seamlessly integrating it into the menus of top restaurants for one night only. The tour aims to highlight the power of culture in cuisine, sparking conversations that celebrate diversity and the shared human experience.About This Stop:For this stop of the tour, Chef Eros will head to Leña at New York's Mercado Little Spain where he will collaborate with Chef Nicolás (Nico) López, who oversees all culinary operations at Mercado Little Spain, Chef José Andrés’s first outpost in New York City. Prior to Mercado Little Spain’s opening, Nico spent two years as one of the primary chefs helping develop the concept and its more than 1,000 recipes. About This Stop:
