In 2009, the Arab-American Comedy Festival will take play from May 10-14.

A truly unique collections of Arab-American playwrights, comedians, actors, and filmmakers, giving them an opportunity to create outstanding works of comedy. Started in 2003 by comedians Dean Obeidallah and Maysoon Zayid, the festival has become a lightning rod for the best and brightest in New York's considerable comedy community.
